This page explains how to delete your GymFlow Pro account (developer: Ramiro Barra Soto) and the data associated with it, and what happens to your data afterwards.
1. Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest option and works on both iOS and Android:
Open GymFlow Pro and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.
Deletion from our live systems is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. Can't open the app? Request deletion by email
If you can no longer use the app, email support@gymflowpro.app from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my GymFlow Pro account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will delete the account and its data within 30 days of confirming your request, and we will let you know when it is done.
3. What is deleted
Your account credentials and profile (email, name, alias).
Your training data: routines, workout history, personal records, body measurements and notes.
Your profile photos, progress photos and any other files you uploaded.
Messages you sent in the in-app chat, your leaderboard preferences and pending notifications.
4. What may be kept, and for how long
Purchase records held by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat, which we cannot erase and which are retained under accounting and tax laws and each provider's retention policy.
Error reports held by Sentry, which may include an internal, pseudonymous user identifier and are kept for the provider's standard retention period. They do not include your name or email.
Backups kept by our infrastructure provider, which may still contain deleted data until they are overwritten in the normal course. Deleted data is not restored to the live service.
5. Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android), otherwise you may continue to be charged by the store.
