GymFlow Pro ("we", "us", or "our"), developed and operated by Ramiro Barra Soto in Melbourne, Australia, is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Ramiro Barra Soto is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Workout routines, training sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights lifted, personal records (PRs), body measurements, and personal training notes.
Biometric authentication (such as Face ID or Touch ID) is processed entirely on your local device by the operating system. We do not receive, collect, or store biometric data.
When you request an AI-generated workout routine, our server transmits the following parameters to Google Gemini: training goal, split type, training location, days per week, session duration, experience level, and age, body weight and height (if provided). Name and email address are never sent to the AI service.
AI-generated routines and recommendations are strictly for informational and motivational purposes and do not constitute medical, health, or clinical advice. We do not use AI-generated routines to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We partner with trusted third-party service providers who may store or process information outside your country of residence, including in the United States:
International transfers. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers of personal information outside your country (for example from the EEA, the UK or Australia to the United States), we rely on the protections offered by these providers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.
If you link your account with an independent personal trainer, that trainer will be able to view your shared workout history, design routines for you, and communicate with you through in-app chat. You can revoke this trainer connection at any time inside the app. When you submit a request to link with a trainer, that trainer receives a transactional email containing your name.
Participation in GymFlow Pro leaderboards is optional. When you choose to participate, your selected display nickname is visible to other participating community members.
You may permanently delete your account at any time within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion from our live systems is immediate and irreversible: your account credentials, fitness records, chat messages, and uploaded files are deleted. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through our account deletion page.
Some information may be kept after deletion: purchase history records managed by Apple, Google Play or RevenueCat are retained in accordance with applicable statutory accounting laws and provider retention policies; error reports held by Sentry (which may include a pseudonymous user identifier) are kept for that provider's standard retention period; and backups maintained by our infrastructure provider may still contain deleted data until they are overwritten in the normal course. Deleted data is not restored to the live service.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including Australia and the EEA/UK), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, request deletion, receive a portable copy of your data, or request restrictions on processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@gymflowpro.app from the address registered to your account; we respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself at any time in the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (such as the OAIC in Australia or competent authorities in the EEA/UK).
We employ HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit and maintain restricted operational access to databases. However, no electronic transmission or cloud storage system can guarantee absolute security.
GymFlow Pro is not intended for or directed toward individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When modifications are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised, and notice will be provided within the mobile application.
