By downloading, installing, or using the GymFlow Pro mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to provide personalized fitness guidance based on user input. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use GymFlow Pro.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account will immediately remove your profile data and workout records from our systems. Important: Deleting your account does not cancel active paid subscriptions. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or in Google Play (Android).
Our AI-driven agents and the "Gym Bro" motivational system are designed to act as virtual fitness assistants. You acknowledge that these agents are not medical or fitness professionals; their guidance is purely for motivational and informational purposes.
Participation in any exercise program involves a risk of injury. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new routine. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GymFlow Pro is not liable for any injuries or health complications arising from the use of the app.
GymFlow Pro offers premium subscription plans (Gold and Titanium) available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Payment will be charged directly to your Apple ID account (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android) upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your Google Play subscription settings (Android). Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, according to the terms of the store you purchased from.
Deleting your GymFlow Pro account does not automatically cancel your subscription with Apple or Google Play. Past purchases may be restored directly inside the app. In-app subscriptions purchased on iOS are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), and those purchased on Android are subject to Google Play's terms of service.
The Free plan of GymFlow Pro displays third-party advertisements. Paid subscription tiers (Gold and Titanium) do not display third-party advertisements.
Personal trainers who interact with users via GymFlow Pro are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or contractors of GymFlow Pro. We do not supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for training advice, routines, or communications provided by independent trainers.
You agree not to misuse GymFlow Pro, interfere with service security, reverse-engineer software components, or transmit any offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
All software, algorithms, branding, and original content within GymFlow Pro, including the "Gym Bro" concept, are the exclusive property of Ramiro Barra Soto and are protected by international copyright laws.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to GymFlow Pro, such as profile and progress photos, notes, and messages. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you, including sharing it with a personal trainer you have chosen to link with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
You may stop using GymFlow Pro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Termination does not affect rights that arose before it, and does not cancel any paid subscription held with Apple or Google Play.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GymFlow Pro and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer rights or statutory guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. If you keep using GymFlow Pro after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
